How To Grow Fruits

Editorial policy

How How To Grow Fruits decides what to publish, how guides are reviewed, how images are labelled and where commercial interests stop.

Our standard

Guides answer the question first, then give the detail. We write for the climate you have, not the one the plant would like, and we say plainly when a fruit is a long shot.

Pen name

Articles are published under the editorial pen name Juniper Hale. The name is disclosed on every byline and on the about page. We do not give it credentials, employers or experience it does not have.

Sources

Claims about hardiness, timing and disease come from university extension services, government plant-hardiness data, nursery information and grower reports. Each guide lists its sources at the bottom.

Images

Photos carry a visible credit. Where no accurate free photo exists we use an AI-generated image, checked for botanical accuracy before use and listed on our image credits page.

Commercial relationships

Nobody pays to change a recommendation. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled as sponsored.

Updates and errors

Guides show a last-updated date. If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so: see corrections.
